These Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the Acceptable Use Guidelines, represent the complete Agreement ("Agreement") and understanding between Oroville-Wireless Services and "you", the Oroville-Wireless account holder, subject to applicable software license agreements.
By using Oroville-Wireless services or Oroville-Wireless software, or both, you agree to be bound by and to comply with this Agreement; Violation of any provision of this Agreement is may be grounds for immediate termination of your Oroville-wireless account. If terminated, you are subject to continuing promises and conditions of the Agreement.
Oroville-Wireless may modify the Terms and Conditions, increase the contents of the TOS, and/or the prices of its services, as well as discontinue or change the services offered by posting notice at www.Oroville-wireless.com. Notice will be made thirty (30) days prior to application of changes. Your continued use of Oroville-Wirelesses' services without objection following such notification will be deemed acceptance of the modifications.
WIRELESS ACCOUNTS Promotional Terms: All Oroville-wireless.com accounts are subject to the Oroville-Wireless.com Terms Of Service, ("TOS"), and Acceptable Use Policy, ("AUP"). Use of Oroville-Wireless.com service indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. By ordering Wireless service, you also further agree to be bound by the Following terms and conditions:
A one-year (1-year) contract includes a discount, whereas a month-to month contract permits termination at any time after one (1) year of Service. Prices are at Oroville-Wireless.com and are subject to change at any time.
After the initial One-year term, you will be able to continue the service at a reduced fee, or transfer to service on a month-to-month basis. Applicable fees will be charged to this account in the event of early termination. Discontinuing Wireless service prior to the end of a one-year term may, at our discretion, result in an early termination fee of $100.00 or the balance of normal payments remaining in the term, whichever is the larger amount.
Introductory pricing applies only to this initial service level. Any change to service level of service location or any service disconnection by you will cause a change in rates. See Oroville-Wireless.com for information.
Any collections efforts taken on delinquent accounts may affect customer's credit record. You must be over 18 years of age to be eligible for Oroville-Wireless service.
Equipment provided by Oroville-Wireless.com is the property of Oroville-wireless.com and shall not be sold, transferred, hypothecated, or moved for any reason, except by Oroville-Wireless.com personnel.
Oroville-Wireless will replace any faulty equipment upon notice during the period of any active contract.
DATA TRANSFER RATE: Actual data transfer rates may vary as measured between NIC at customer's location and the wireless-equipped Central Office or Remote Terminal, dependent upon several factors including weather conditions, line of sight signal blockage, line quality and loop length. Maximum service speeds are subject to 10%-20% variation due to heat, wind, atmospheric conditions, etc., that are not subject to Oroville-Wireless control.
Oroville-Wireless cannot guarantee that your location will accept service, except after actual on-site testing and establishment of service. Oroville-Wireless will not be responsible for outages, and will restore service as soon as the case of the outage can be resolved, subject to weather, acts of nation, or actions by third parties.

Customer and Oroville-Wireless will agree and set a date and time for service within a window of six (6) hours. Customer must be available for troubleshooting and connection setup. Customer shall be responsible for lines and personal equipment that are not the property of Oroville-wireless.
Oroville-Wireless shall assign a single Internet Protocol (IP) dynamically using Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Oroville-Wireless will assign customer a connection that usually will not require special software.
Should your use require additional software or equipment, customer will be responsible for equipment and costs of installation. Any non-compatible equipment or software that damages Oroville Wireless equipment or software will be customer's responsibility and payment for costs and damages may be required. Customer agrees to protect, defend, and indemnify Oroville-Wireless, its agents and employees from any and all loss occasioned by customer's misuse or improper use or installation of non-compatible equipment.
